Policies
- Standard room rates are $115 - $225 plus tax
- Major credit
cards
and personal checks accepted.
- One night's
deposit
required.
- Deposits are
refundable if reservation is cancelled five days prior to arrival date.
- We are not
equipped
to accept pets.
- Children must
be accompanied by an adult.
- Guests should
provide their own crib for babies.
- Rollaway beds
are available in Halle and Bauer and Creekside Northeast at
no additional cost.
- An elevator is
available for handicap access to all floors.
- Smoking is
restricted to designated exterior areas.
